Thomas J. Bradley & Associates knows the food and beverage industry. The Bradley family have been commercial Realtors in Chicago for three generations --spanning back to 1929. Thomas J. As an Illinois Licensed Associate Appraiser we go beyond merely providing comparables, rules-of-thumb, and knee-jerk opinions of market trends and valuation. Thomas J. Bradley & Associates have the ability to provide banks with opinions of fair value for underwriting acceptance. We provide Comparative Market Analysis reports CMAs for our clients by request. The firm is qualified, licensed, and has keen knowledge of business and real estate valuation. This provides clients with the highest possible level of representation in location identification and market analysis. We take pride in our fiduciary responsibility. Ethics prevent us from offering appraisals in broker representations.
The founder, Thomas J. Bradley, has consulted, brokered, and appraised hundreds of transactions involving real estate with taverns or restaurants and other small businesses. He holds a BA from Loyola of New Orleans and an MA from University of St. Mary of the Lake. He is an active Commercial Realtor and holds numerous honors and industry achievements.
Tom is active politically. He is a former Chicago Aldermanic candidate who supports economic growth, the positions of the Retail Business Association, The Restaurant and Hospitality Associations. He has worked for numerous politicians. The Bradley’s believe that business owners -- not the government -- are in the best position to determine what is best for their customers. Special care is needed to protect the concerns of tavern and restaurant owners.
